Etowah High School Academic Team Places at Tournament
The Etowah High School Academic Team placed second at the Norcross (High School) Blue Devil Academic Tournament held on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012. The team recently won the Georgia Academic Team Association (GATA) Winter North Tournament and Woodland High School Academic Challenge Fundraiser Tournament, and has been invited to State and National competition. Team members include, from left to right, Anna Claire Smith, Duncan Morgan, Parker Wall, Dylan Morgan and Craig Wineman. Christina Hammonds is the team’s coach.
