Windsong Properties Holds Ribbon Cutting at New Woodstock Community
Windsong Properties is pleased to announce the ribbon cutting of its newest community, Garden Street, in Woodstock. The event will take place on Monday, March 12 at 6 p.m. at 8420 Main St. Garden Street offers ranch homes that appeal to all buyers from young professionals to active adults. Because the city has consistently grown year after year throughout the recession, Windsong Properties is excited to build another community in this successful metro Atlanta area.
“We believe there are many people in the area who are ready to downsize,” stated Carrie Roeger, marketing manager of Windsong Properties. “The ambience of the Main Street Woodstock area is so wonderful, and people are drawn to it. Having an elegant ranch home within walking distance of the many shops, restaurants and activities makes this a highly sought after place to live.”
Garden Street is located in the heart of Downtown Woodstock and will have 19 single story detached ranch homes. These homes will include features that Windsong Properties has become known for at its award winning communities, Somerset in Woodstock and Windsong at Seven Hills in Dallas, including maintenance free yards.
Garden Street is convenient to I-575 and the numerous dining, shopping and recreational destinations near historic Woodstock Square. Residents will be able to enjoy a walkable city that hosts numerous events throughout the year including concerts in the park, parades and a farmer’s market.
In addition to a new community, Windsong Properties recently hired Beth Jones as its newest sales agent. Jones previously worked at Soleil Laurel Canyon, a Canton 55-plus age restricted community. She has 30 years of real estate experience and enjoys working with the team at Windsong.
“Garden Street offers a superb downtown Woodstock location that is among all of the retailers and merchants,” stated Jones. “Plus, the floor plans offered are exceptional for a small in-town community.”
