Carmel PTA Hosts Blood Drive
Here is some information you need to know before you start your day March 21.
1. Today is going to be mostly sunny with a high of 77 degrees. Temperatures are going to drop to the low 50s by tonight.
2. The Carmel Elementary School PTA is hosting a Blood Drive from 3:30-7:30 p.m. at the school. You must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, not have donated in the last 56 days and be healthy to donate blood. Free childcare for those 4 years old and older will be provided.
3. If you are interested in getting in touch with your creative side, FoxTale is hosting a Creative Writing Class for both fiction and non-fiction writers. Beth Hermes will be teaching the classes. Call 770-516-9989 for more information.
4. Catch the Cherokee Mug Shots at 10 a.m.
5. Today is the last day to vote in the Facebook Art Contest. Remember you can vote twice, once on Facebook and once on the article. The voting ends at 8 p.m.
