Arnold Mill Elementary School named Sarah Tarpley as its Teacher of the Year for 2011-12. When the announcement recently was made to the faculty, Tarpley was presented with flowers from the administration. Tarpley, who works with students in the fourth and fifth grades, was nominated by her peers for this honor due to her exceptional teaching practices, dedication and positive attitude.
