Curriculum Nights Begin This Week
Parents have the opportunity to hear what their child will be learning for the 2011-12 school year.
Parents have the opportunity to hear what their child will be learning from the teachers and administration from their child's school.
Each year, the Cherokee County School District hosts a Curriculum Night to benefit the parents so they can receive an overview of 2011-12 school year.
The majority of the Curriculum Nights will begin Aug. 22 with the elementary schools and will continue the week of Aug. 29 with the middle schools and end Sept. 5 with the high schools. Some schools may spill over into the sixth week of school. Mountain Road Elementary, however, will host its Curriculum Night beginning this week.
