The historic cotton warehouse building at 105 Towne Lake Pkwy., most commonly known as the popular Cotton Mill Deli that closed in mid-December, is for sale, according to Loopnet.com.
It doesn't come cheap. The 5,600-square-foot building is listed as a restaurant either for sale for $650,000 or for rent in two spaces. The rental property covers the main floor of 3,100 square feet for $4,400 per month or the terrace level of 2,500 square feet for $2,100 per month.

Maybe an internet coffee shop/deli/hub with childcare. It's a funny location though.

Guy, I agree. Another coffee and deli shop would be great downtown. I would give anything to have Jake and Aly open the Cotton Mill Deli again! I lived there!

How about a sports bar with Bikini Clad Bombshell Babes jumping on trampolines.
A cover charge of 10.00 and a minimum drink order, of course we would have the best food you could buy and private dances till dawn.
Truckers, Bikers, Policeman, Politicians and of course the Mayor would get in free.
