Woodstock West By Walton Plans Official Unveiling
The company building the upscale apartment complex in downtown Woodstock will open up to the public next Thursday.
The long awaited upscale apartment complex under construction in downtown Woodstock will have its official unveiling next week.
Woodstock West is a mixed-used community featuring just over 300 up-scale apartment homes and planned future on-site retail stores.
The unveiling will be held just before Main Street Woodstock's ribbon cutting for the opening of Woodstock West and the opening of Market Street.
Main Street Woodstock's ribbon cutting for the development will be held at 5:30 p.m. and the ribbon cutting for the street's opening will begin at 6 p.m.
As part of their construction, Walton Communities also built the first phase of Market Street, which sits just west of and runs parallel to Main Street.
Market Street is one of many streets the city of Woodstock has planned for its grid network, a set of streets that would be built on the west side of Main Street to make it easier to navigate the downtown area.
