Each of the giclé\;e images is printed on fine art papers and edited in a painterly style\, making many of them hard to di stinguish from watercolor prints or oil painted creations.\nAt the event \, René\; will have copies of his latest portfolio book\, 'Garden Visions' available for review and signing. He will also be previewing a new collection of hand printed note cards featuring the images in this s eries and some that have been published in his previous publications and exhibits.\nMr. Gallet has been actively involved in both the art and th e business of photography for over fifty years. Initially a self taught photographer\, Mr. Gallet has taught and participated in numerous worksh ops and seminars. Mr. Gallet's images have been published in numerous te chnical journals\, photographic periodicals\, and commercial publication s. Each of Mr. Gallet's prints are hand edited\, printed\, finished\, an d mounted to museum standards in accordance with American National Insti tute Standards (ANSI) requirements for photographic archival permanence and image stability. Mr. Gallet has also published a series of coffee ta ble book featuring many of his portfolios.
