Community Update

I paid them - and the contractor who hired them (Rowers Remodeling) to seal the basement and crawl space for my mother's addition. My father passed away and now she will live with me. But, we have had water in the basement and crawl space ever since they provided a light spray around the foundation - without proper drainage.

This started in December - it's almost June. They recently came to "fix" the problem - yet there is more water and dampness in the basement. Mind you - this is brand new construction. And, we are not even close to an occupancy permit. My mother lives between my house, her house (that she wants to sell) and my sisters house. Everyone else - AM Waterproofing and Jim Rower get to go home to their house .... But, not my 82 year old mother. They keep dragging their feet and telling us stories that do not hold up to the truth test. We were to have my mother's birthday celebration in a couple of weeks - and, due to the mess and no OC - we've had to cancel that. In other words - I would not recommend either of these companies as I wait and wait for resolution to their workmanship. Everyone got paid on time - that was my side of the bargain. I held up my end. But, no one else has done theirs.
