Connor Frost Selected for 2014 USA Orienteering National Junior Team

UGA sophomore and Woodstock High School alumni Connor Frost has been selected to the 2014 USA Orienteering National Junior Team.

Orienteering is a navigation race using a specially prepared orienteering map and compass.  Orienteering began in the late 19th century in Sweden, growing from military training in land navigation into a competitive sport for military officers and then for civilians.

Connor is one of only 6 young men from the entire nation selected for this prestigious team.  The USA Orienteering National Junior Team will travel to Bulgaria this summer to compete in the Junior World Orienteering Championships (JWOC).
