Envision Health Studio Event A Success for MUST Ministries

On Saturday, December 14, Envision Health Studio hosted its monthly Get Fit-Give Back program with a Burn the Fat-Feed the Hungry event benefiting MUST Ministries.

Participants included Envision's "boot camp" members and their families, as well as individuals from throughout the community, who brought canned food as their "entry pass" to the event.

By mid-morning, the MUST Ministries collection bin was overflowing with donations, and attendees enjoyed a visit from Santa Claus, as well as a variety of fitness activities and competitions.

Boot campers Adilka White and Greg Mikszan emerged as the winners of the day's IndoROW Challenge, receiving a water bottle shaker, fitness towel and t-shirt as their prizes.

The mission of Envision Health Studio is to transform the lives and health of its members and the community through proper nutrition, fitness, and dedication to supporting the community in which they live and work.
