Hobgood Baseball Hosting Fundraiser for Oelschlager Family

Hobgood Baseball is partnering with Canyon’s Burgers in downtown Woodstock to support the Mark Oelschlager Family on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 all-day. A percentage of the sales will benefit the healthcare expenses for Mark as he battles ALS or Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Canyon’s is located at 335 Chambers Street, Woodstock, Ga. 30188.

Mark has been a loyal Hobgood Baseball coach for more than seven years, coaching his son, Zack, since t-ball. He has been a dedicated community leader in Towne Lake for the last 16 years by serving on his homeowner’s association board on many levels, including serving as President for the past five years. He was diagnosed with ALS, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord, in March 2013.
