Ashton Woods Homes is excited to announce its new general sales managers, Ed Cox and Wayne Bell. Having over 25 years of combined experience, they lead the Atlanta division’s sales team with customer satisfaction in mind.

A resident of Milton, Cox has been in the new home industry for nine years. He started working for Ashton Woods Homes in January of 2007 as a community sales manager. As general sales manager, he does more than just provide leadership for the sales team. Cox is also responsible in overseeing the implementation of advertising and incentive campaigns and utilizing web based campaigns.
“I’ve loved working at Ashton Woods Homes,” explained Cox. “We were even voted as one of the top places to work in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. A big part of this is just the quality of people that I get to work with every day. My co-workers are some of the brightest and best leaders in the industry.”
Starting in the new home industry in 1997, Bell has been in a sales management role both at Centex Homes and Lennar Homes just prior to becoming one of the general sales managers at Ashton Woods Homes.
The Woodstock resident feels, like Cox, that the people of Ashton Woods Homes make the company successful. He also believes that its homes set the builder a part.
“My favorite feature is the ability for our customers to personalize our homes to their liking and not just accept what we tell them they should want,” said Bell. “Our people and homes are what attract buyers. It’s our job to help our customers enjoy the process.”
