2. BaconFest

Where/When: Dad's Garage Theatre, 30.8 miles from Woodstock (It's a little bit of a drive, but it's bacon), Saturday 1-6 p.m.

Why Go: Bacon, beer and bands. I'll see you there!

Pricing: $25-$110. It depends on how much bacon you want. Buy tickets here.

3. Girls Night Out

Where/When: , Thursday 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Why Go? Receive complimentary mini manicures and massages while networking and helping a good cause.

Pricing: Bring paper goods, sundry items, baby and children's items or slippers.

Where/When:  (Woodstock Community Church), Friday and Saturday 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Why Go: See the Elm Street Players bring a production of Thornton Wilder's Our Town to life.

Pricing: Free if you read the book or $11 adults, $10 seniors/students, $9 children

5. NASA Talk

Where/When: Tellus Science Museum, Friday 7 p.m.

Why Go: Astronaut Stephanie Wilson will be talking about her career.

Pricing: Free for members, $15 otherwise
