Cherokee Realtors Want Your Coats, Canned Goods

The Cherokee Association of Realtors is asking the public to donate canned food items and gently used coats to help needy residents.

The Cherokee Association of Realtors is partnering with a local bank to help feed and keep less fortunate residents warm during the winter.

The association and Cherokee Bank on Tuesday, Dec. 10 will hold a Holiday Coat and Canned Food Drive.

Residents can stop by the River Park Clubhouse — located next to the COAR office — between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and drop gently worn coats or several canned food items to the event, which will have drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The clubhouse is 1600 River Park Boulevard in Woodstock.

To RSVP for the event, contact Karen at kcunningham@caor.info.
