City Council Meets Tonight

1. We've got a day full of rain, but a high of 73 degrees. It's going to be a windy storm as well, so hold on to your umbrellas.

2. The made it to the second round in the state tournament. You can see who our winners were in the first round of the Patch Georgia High School Basketball Challenge. Make your predictions in the second round  to win a prize pack.

3. A private that stopped a burglary at a new commercial building. Two men were attempting to steal copper at the intersection of Village Trail and Highway 92. Remember you can do your part as well, by do the same and calling the with any suspicious activities you witness.

4. At 10 a.m., we've got the latest Cherokee County Mug Shots, 115 to be exact. This is the most we've had since we've started publishing them. The Cherokee Sheriff's Office officials said crime increases when the temperature rises.
