Don’t Let Bad Breath Ruin Valentine’s Day Kiss

Here are 5 things to do to make sure your Valentine's Day kiss is one to remember for the right reasons.

One thing that can adversely affect your Valentine’s Day — especially smooching — is bad breath.

Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC), which has 60 centers in Georgia, says you can avoid turning a kiss into something that’s, well, unforgetable for the wrong reason.

Here are five things you have to do today to ensure a romantic and confident encounter:

1.  Brushing teeth with a fluoride based toothpaste is critical in removing the bacteria that causes bad breath, gingivitis and cavities. Fluoride is used to strengthen the enamel of the teeth protecting them from the harmful effects of cavity causing bacteria.

2.   Floss. Flossing in the morning will remove bacteria that like to feed on food particles throughout the day and prevent bad breath.

3.  Drink lots of water, as dry mouth is one reason for bad breath and water flushes out left behind food debris when brushing isn’t an option.

4.   Do a self-assessment to check for left behind food in your teeth or for bad breath before going in for that smooch.

5.  Take an anti-bad breath kit on your date, complete with a tooth brush, floss, mini mouthwash and a compact mirror to check for food in your teeth.

Bad breath, I had it for about 18 years, I'd already decided when I was going to end my life. I was Ms’ unpopular. I didn't think to read about it on the web until one day a person I didn't even know told me I had real bad breath and said he had it once too and told me to check online for a site called Oraltech Labs as it worked for him to cure his bad breath. I was thinking how nice he was as most people just hold their nose and walk away from me. Anyway I followed Oraltech Labs bad breath cure program and after a week I noticed my tongue started turning red and the bad taste was gone from my mouth. I started noticing people had stopped holding their nose and trying to get away from me. A few months later I bumped into that guy again. I told him I used his advice and thought it worked, he ask me to breath out in to his face while he smelt it and he's like smiling and said my breath is fresh now. I could have hugged him, I didn't tell him how I felt just a few months ago, but he and that program were a life saver to me. Don't let bad breath ruin your life like it tried to do to me. Another site I found useful is Oraltech Labs it shows you how to test your breath without leaving home. Best wishes!

drlisaevens repeats this message on every site that has bad breath mentions to promote Oraltech Labs. If you don't believe it, then copy the first paragraph in Google and see how many sites have been spammed. It annoys me. I use BLIS K12 probiotics and it has really provided me with long term benefits from bad breath. 90% chance that bad breath is caused by bacteria in the mouth. the website http://blis.co.nz or http://blisk12blism18.sg explains how this clever probiotics work and also explains why traditional mouthwash only gives temporary relief.

As a dentist that has researched, treated and cured individuals suffering from mild to the most severe cases of chronic bad breath (halitosis) for over 20 years, I can tell you that bad breath is a crippling and often debilitating social problem that affects people both in their personal and professional lives. Practicing good oral hygiene habits is essential, but I recently posted an interesting article on popular breath remedies and why they might not be working for you found here: http://bit.ly/NtPJdO. Additionally, in many cases the problem may be so severe, more than topical treatments are necessary. At the National Breath Center, we are curing individuals using our Tongue Rejuvenation treatment that literally removes the causes of bad breath directly at the source.
