Downtown Church Hosts Pumpkin Patch

Here is the information you need to know Friday, Oct. 21.

1. The Frost Advisory remains in effect till 10 a.m. this morning and will return 2 to 10 a.m. Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service . Temperatures for today seem to be creeping a bit higher with 61 degrees topping to the thermometer, but with 37 as the low.

2. The  is selling pumpkins for Halloween for the month of October. You can visit the Pumpkin Patch daily from 2 to 6 p.m. The prices vary from the size of the pumpkin. All proceeds to go to the church.

3. 's challenge against 's relocation was rejected Thursday. Last month, WellStar argued Northside wasn't exempt from the certificate of need (CON) application process and that the hospital would offer new or expanded services. Officials rejected those suggestions allowing Northside to move forward with its relocation plan.  on the announcement.

4.  is hosting its Fall Festival this Saturday, from 3 to 7 p.m. Wristbands are $15 per child and adults are free. There will be a rock wall, inflatables, carnival games, face painting, local vendors, and plenty of food.

5.  will also be having its Fall Festival this Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. The day will begin with its second annual Running of the Colts, a 1 mile walk or a 5K around 's campus, at 8 a.m. Wristbands are $15 per person and $10 for each sibling. There will be a mechanical bull, corn hole games, the Fall Book Fair, local vendors, inflatables, a DJ and lots of sweets.
