Parents, Teachers Plan for School

2. Teachers started pre-planning Monday gearing up for students starting back Aug. 1. Parents can print and sign the School District’s First Day Forms for students. Parents can find the discipline code, information on early release, Health Needs Identification Form, Student-Parent Handbook, military information, medial procedures and more on the district's website.

3. Local performers including a Great Dane will be putting on Flippin’ Thru the Rolodex the first weekend in August. Elm Street Artistic Director G. Lora Grooms will give you an behind-the-scenes look to the upcoming play and details on how to get tickets at 8 a.m.

4. The meets today at 7:30 a.m. at the Highway 92 IHOP. The club meets every Tuesday morning with a guest speaker.
