Here is the information you need to know July 19.

2. A 61-year-old Woodstock man is accused of setting a boy on fire and wanted for cruelty to children, solicitation of sodomy, aggravated battery and false imprisonment. The Woodstock Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating this man. Read details about the incident .

3. The has reopened because of a misunderstanding with the "In God We Trust" sticker. Officials announced Friday they wanted the public to understand the sticker is optional, so they reopened the voting Monday to run for three weeks.

The second public hearing on the proposed millage rate increase will be today at 6 p.m. The Cherokee County commissioners have said they will advertise a millage increase of up to 15 percent, which the increase on an average-priced home would be around $49 a year.
