An Etowah High School senior is honored with a scholarship.

Accomplishment: Taylor will receive the Chris Honch Memorial Scholarship awarded annually to a deserving student who exemplifies the positive qualities of the late Chris Honch, brother of Vycktoria Honch Williams of Woodstock.  

Key to Awesomeness: Taylor participated in three sports (track, cross-country and swimming), earning 10 varsity letters during his four years at Etowah High School. This summer, he will coach swimmers at Eagle Watch for the third consecutive year. Taylor recently sponsored a successful for his friend, the late Connor Merritt. He has a passion for fishing and enjoys sinking a hook on Lake Allatoona in his spare time with friends.  Taylor was accepted to study at Mississippi State University and looks forward to his first semester in August.
