'Spring Forward' an Hour Tonight

Daylight savings time changes at 2 a.m. Sunday.

It's that time again to reset your clocks for daylight savings time tonight, well, Sunday morning, to lose an hour of sleep.

You need to move your clock forward an hour tonight before you go to sleep, or you can wake up at 2 a.m. Sunday and change it if you want to be on time in the morning.

Officials say this is also a good time to replace batteries in fire and carbon monoxide alarms.
