Winners Crowned in Woodstock Mardi Gras Parade

The Mardi Gras parade kicked off the city's annual Friday Night Live series.

Several hundred residents braved the cold, blistery conditions to celebrate the kick-off event for Woodstock's Friday Night Live Series.

March's theme, Mardi Gras on Main, featured a Mardi Gras parade and the naming of a king and queen of the event.

This year, Woodstock City Clerk Rhonda Pezzello was named the queen while Dominique Amin with Bridal Exchange Boutique was named the king of this year's event.

"Our attendance was off due to the very cold weather that night," he added.
