Barnes, a manager for a printing company, said he made the purchase during his lunch break.

"I scratched it in my car and said, ‘What!’ I thought that I was seeing things," he told lottery officials. "It hasn’t sunk in yet."

While excited about the win, Barnes has not made any plans on who he will spend the money.
