Lili Bowen and Rhianna Bailey will serve as team coaches and the group will be divided into two teams. They plan to keep fitness fun by never repeating the same old routine, and their nutrition plans are not about starving the body, but about feeding it the proper fuel.  Bailey said,

"It's our mission to help the group attain the change they want," Bailey said. "This change will be a sustainable change based on better fitness, nutrition and team work."

Coaches Bowen and Bailey, along with your other highly motivated teammates, will offer consistent support in person and online. Fitness analysis including diet and nutrition plans, weekly weigh-ins, and health tips will be provided courtesy of Maximum Nutrition.

Bowen's Tiger-Rock Academy will provide the workout options with both Kisado and Taekwondo being offered to the group.

What exactly is Kisado?

"Kisado is an Interval fitness class that varies in intensity so that you burn the most calories," Bowen explains. "Cardio, strength training, flexibility, core, balance and bag work are the focus of this class."

Cross training workouts will be provided online to challenge participants to be active for 30 minutes per day. Teams may also gather to complete workouts together. Taekwondo classes are also included serving as both an extra calorie burn and self-defense. All classes are 60 minutes long, and there is at least one class per day, Monday through Saturday.

The "60 Days to Change" will start on Sunday, April 15 and will end on June 15. There will be an orientation on April 15; however, if you are unable to make it that day, there will be an orientation available online. There is a one-time fee of $99 which includes a team T-shirt, all the Kisado and Taekwondo classes, weigh-ins, nutrition plans, fitness analysis, prizes, incentives and more.

Current Bowen's Tiger-Rock Academy members and their families are half-price. Please download a registration form here or stop in to Bowen's Tiger-Rock Academy or Maximum Nutrition at 1025 Rose Creek Drive for a form.

Remember, this is a competition, and the winning team will receive prizes and bragging rights.
