Cherokee Recreation To Hold Job Fairs For Summer Positions
Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency is looking for part-time, seasonal employees for the summer.
Even though spring is technically a week away, Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency is already thinking about the summer.
The county agency will hold two job fairs in an effort to fill the seasonal, part-time positions needed for the summer months.
The first job fair will be held Thursday, March 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at its Recreation Center at 7545 Main Street in Woodstock. The second job fair will be held at the Cherokee County Aquatic Center on Saturday, April 5 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The aquatic center is at 1200 Gresham Mill Parkway in Holly Springs.
Applications will be available at both job fairs, so prospective candidates are encouraged to bring their resumes.
Positions available are aquatic center concessionaire, aquatic center front desk attendant, aquatic center lifeguard, aquatic center slide attendant, Adventure Express camp counselor, KAOS Camp counselor (camp for individuals with special needs), parks concessionaire, softball scorekeeper and splash pad attendant.
