Northside Towne Lake Office Building To Open in August

The new Northside-Cherokee/Towne Lake Medical Office Building is set to open in early August.

Northside Hospital-Cherokee expects to open its much-anticipated Towne Lake medical office building early next month.

A tentative date for the opening of the Northside-Cherokee/Towne Lake Medical Office Building has been set for Aug. 7, said Northside Hospital Spokesperson Katherine Watson.

Northside Hospital-Cherokee is in the very final states of building its 100,817 square-foot facility, which is located on the former site of the Madison Pointe commercial and residential development at the corner of I-575 and Towne Lake Parkway.

The company purchased the 8-acre tract on May 25, 2012, and broke ground on the facility in October. The building is being constructed and will be managed by Duke Realty.

The new building is located roughly four miles from its Northside/Holly Springs facility on Sixes Road and about 11 miles from the campus of its replacement 84-bed facility along Commerce Boulevard in Canton.

The building will have surface parking with 159 slots and a three-story parking deck with an additional 350 parking spaces.
