Snorkeling Store Opens In Downtown Woodstock

Dive Georgia sits at 8720 Main Street and will cater to residents interested in scuba and snorkeling equipment.

Another new business has opened in downtown Woodstock. 

Dive Georgia at 8720 Main Street Suite 130 will cater to any resident interested in scuba and snorkeling. It replaces J.D. Kitchens Bath & More, which moved to 4515 Canton Road in East Cobb.

Some of the brands the store will carry include Scuba Pro, Sub Gear, Sherwood, Akona, Sola, GoBe, Go Pro, UK, Lavacore and Innovative.

The store's staff is made up of "very experienced instructors and dive masters," according to its website.

The business is owned by Brian Rickman, who is also a PADI Instructor Development Course staff instructor.

Business hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
