Woodstock resident joins rapidly growing national mortgage company

Emily Grandon's wide variety of skills and can-do attitude help set tone for PrivatePlus Mortgage

PrivatePlus Mortgage, a division of Private Bank of Buckhead, has named Woodstock resident Emily Grandon Executive Assistant to the President. She has over nine years’ experience in the mortgage industry and obtained her real estate license in 2007.

“Emily has a wide variety of skills and experiences, from loan processing and real estate closings to graphic design and payroll, and she brings all of these to bare with a can-do attitude that has made her invaluable not only to me and my team, but also to our clients,” says Dan Smith, President of PrivatePlus, who brought Grandon with him to the organization.

Grandon is a native of Atlanta and received her bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University and was an active volunteer with North Fulton Hospital while in college. She currently dedicates her free time to Hands On Atlanta.

“I enjoy working hard and simply treat people the way I would like to be treated,” she says, “from our team here in the office to any clients or business partners with whom I need to interact. The Golden Rule works.”

Grandon and her husband reside in Woodstock along with their two-year-old son. Her interests include graphic design and building corporate websites; she is highly skilled in the Microsoft Office suite.

PrivatePlus Mortgage promises great products, pricing, and processes. It offers a full range of mortgage products: Purchase, Refinance, Investment, Jumbo products, Second home, Construction, Multiple collateral, Fixed second, Home equity, Lot loan, and more. It is located in Piedmont Center (Building Three), and does business nationally; see Web site for geographical restrictions: www.PrivatePlusMortgage.com.
