Cobb Motorist Dies in I-75 Crash - Northeast Cobb Patch
A Cobb motorist died in an accident that shut down southbound traffic on Interstate 75 south of Delk Road in Cobb for a time on Monday afternoon.
Cobb Police Spokesman Sgt. Dana Pierce said that Fatma E. Shalaby, 24, of Acworth, was pronounced dead at the scene. .
Dick's Sporting Goods Suspends Sale of Some Guns - Loganville-Grayson Patch
Dick's Sporting Goods, with Gwinnett-area locations in Loganville, Buford and Peachtree Corners has stopped selling some semi-automatic rifles to show respect for the victims in last week's school shooting in Connecticut, CNN reports.
It's not known when the stores will return to selling guns in the category of "modern sporting rifles," CNN says. .
