Woman Wanted in Baby's Death Last Seen in Black Toyota - Sandy Springs Patch

Caris Ayala was last seen in a black Toyota T-100 with a Georgia tag BKM9384, according to Sandy Springs Police Capt. Steve Rose.

She is wanted for Felony Murder of a five-month-old boy.

Ayala was the infant's babysitter. She and her husband Noe Castillo-Ramirez fled before a second police interview. They are traveling with their seven-month-old child. Police believe Ayala has left the country or is attempting to leave. Visit Sandy Springs Patch for more on this story.


Man Charged with Molesting 2 Children
- Douglasville Patch

A man accused of molesting two children under ten years of age is still in the Douglas County Jail today [Wednesday] after he was arrested Tuesday. He is being held without bond, according to arrest records.

Investigator Joshua Miller, Douglas County Sheriff's Department, said Paul William Gammell, 28, of Douglasville, had been wanted for about a year until a warrant was served on him at his home Tuesday and he was arrested. See Douglasville Patch for more on this story.


Athens Murder Suspect in Police Custody

Athens-Clarke County Police released the following statement Tuesday evening:

On October 30, 2012 around 5:00 PM Charles Rodney Wilson was taken into custody at the Clarke County Jail for a murder that occurred on October 25, 2012 on Old Monroe Rd in Athens-Clarke County, GA. The police department would like to thank the public for their assistance.
