National Dance Day is held each year on the last Saturday in July. Launched by the popular show, "So You Think You Can Dance," this campaign encourages people around the nation to get up and dance for fun and exercise! More information about this national event can be found here: http://dizzyfeetfoundation.org/national-dance-day
Communities around the nation organize events for this annual celebration, and three local instructors are hosting a 3-Hour event to promote fitness through dance. Come join us on Saturday, July 27th at 12:00pm for a 1-Hour Hip Hop Master Class followed by a 2-Hour Zumba Master Class at Canton First United Methodist Church. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend! A $5 donation is requested to go towards children's ministry.
