Stacey Cohen and Andrea Bagby will be co-teaching!! Two amazing women!! This class is heart centered and gives highly sensitive people techniques, tools and concepts to survive in the world. We are hands on teachers. We want all of our students to experience and learn for one another. The activities facilitated in this class focus on understanding what you are feeling, shielding an blocking, empathizing and not sympathizing (knowing the difference), connecting to one another and to your animal totems. Cost:  $10.00 love offering Please bring a notebook and a pen. Stacy is tried and true energy worker, shaman healer, licensed therapist and Goddess.
