Will a $344-Million Jackpot Give You Lottery Fever?

Both of the big midweek drawings offered by the Georgia Lottery have larger jackpots after no tickets matched all the winning numbers over the weekend.

The high prices for tickets to a college bowl game and the travel expenses to get there would be no match for anyone lucky enough to win one of the multi-million dollar drawings offered by the Georgia Lottery this week.

The jackpots offered by the Mega Millions and Powerball games remained unclaimed after the latest weekend drawings, which means they’ll be even bigger for lottery players taking part in the midweek drawings.

The biggest prize remains the one offered by the Mega Millions game. As of Monday afternoon, it stood at an estimated $344 million. The next drawing will be held Tuesday night.

Wednesday night’s Powerball prize may be dwarfed by the Mega Millions jackpot, but it’s still worth waiting for—if you’re lucky enough to have those winning numbers in hand. As of Monday afternoon, it was valued at $122 million.
