Realtor Named One of America's Top Real Estate Professionals

Becky Babcock of Path & Post at ERA Sunrise Realty was named one of America’s top real estate professionals by REAL Trends, a prestigious honor sponsored annually in conjunction with The Wall Street Journal.

Babcock had an impressive 228 sales in 2013, ranking her number 77 in the nation in units sold, and in the top one half of one percent of the more than 963,000 REALTORS® nationwide.

For Babcock, her Path & Post team’s core values of respect, unity and the golden rule are the foundation upon which her business thrives and grows.

“Buying or selling a home is usually associated with a major life transition," Babcock said. "Our focus on understanding that transition and treating the process as more than just a financial transaction helps us connect with our clients and guide them toward reaching their goals.”

Charlie Young, president and CEO of ERA Franchise Systems LLC, praised Babcock in a companywide memo.

Babcock ranked 177 last year and surged ahead to rank 77 this year, the president and CEO stated.

“The best individual agents and teams—including Babcock’s award-winning efforts—were nothing short of phenomenal considering the recovering real estate market,” added Steve Murray, founder of Denver-based publishing and communications company REAL Trends, which compiled the list.
