The goal of Coats 4 Kids is to collect new or gently-used children’s coats, which will then be distributed by The Salvation Army to children in need throughout Georgia this winter.
“Participating in Coats 4 Kids gives our children the opportunity to discover the joy of sharing first-hand,” said Cindy Siegel, director of operations for Discovery Point Franchising, Inc. “It is one thing to talk about sharing toys in the classroom, but it is much more meaningful when the children can participate in a program that helps other children.”
is passionate about helping children whenever the opportunity arises.
“Our commitment to children goes far beyond the classroom,” said CEO of Discovery Point, Cliff Clark. “Whether we are involved in the Special Olympics or a program like Coats 4 Kids, there is nothing that gives us more joy than being able to help children in need.”
