Community Update

This is an income based community, which means people with limited income right????? ok so if you are lucky enough to catch the manager in the office, she will give you an appointment. I went to the appointment and paid a 15.00 application fee. which ofcourse was the first thing she asked for. Then she asked for all my personal information social security numbers, pay stubs, etc. and she made copies. After spending 15.00 and 50 minutes of her getting my personal info. she typed my ss# into the computer and it showed that i owe for a past utility bill at a previous residence. I was denied at that point. She said there is no chance of me living there because of that. then she dismissed me from her office. but kept my 15.00. and all my personal info. couldnt she have checked her little computer first? kinda of dumb on their part to waste the time on paperwork. And if its income based why would they think that perfect people with perfect credit are going to try and rent a crappy income based apartment. So only go there if you have an excellent credit score, lots of time to waste, and willing to throw away 15 bucks.
