Whether it is the unpopular cuts of meat, aka "nose to tail", or just less than prime, aka "pork shoulder", our braises are the most popular menu selections nightly. Adding to the "pork shoulder" braise, ours is "slow cooked with beer served over local creamy cheddar grits and bacon braised greens".
