In Memory: Catherine Ingram, 85

The following obituary was submitted by Sosebee Funeral Home in Canton:

Catherine Duke Ingram, 85, of Woodstock, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 17 at Sosebee's memorial chapel with Pastor Ken May officiating.

Interment will follow in Sharp Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home on Thursday.

Ingram was a member of Sharp Mountain Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, cooking and spending time with family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold B. Ingram and grandson, Jamison Edward Hansard. Survivors include her children, Shirley (Emmet) Howe of Marietta, Bren (Joe) Terry of Woodstock, Kathie (Michael) Hall of Marietta and Pamela (Steven) Puent of Woodstock; grandchildren, Tammy (Robert) Rivera, Tiffany (James) VanDeusen, Ashley (Brent) McGinnis, Justin Terry, Gregory (Amanda) Day, Courtnie (Jamie) Holloman, Rylan Puent and Ryker Puent; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

Flowers will be accepted or, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Liver Foundation, 39 Broadway, Ste. 2700, New York, NY 10006 or online at www.liverfoundation.org
