Funeral services for Ms. Stephens will be held on Tuesday. Internment will be held at Big Springs Cemetery.

Lois Turner Stephens, 85, of Woodstock, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at her residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Wayne Mulligan, Rev. Calvin Maddox and Rev. Richard Chance officiating. Interment will follow in Big Springs Cemetery. The family will received friends on Sunday and Monday at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Stephens and son, James Pettyjohn; survivors include her children, Linda (Jerry) Lane of Woodstock, Buddy (Deborah) Pettyjohn of Ball Ground, Darlene (Marvin) Ingram of Woodstock and Johnny Stephens of Woodstock; siblings, Jessie Mae Knight, Janice Frady, Judy Chance all of Alpharetta and Jerry Turner of Jasper; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
