Obituary: Cecil Setser, 62
The Woodstock resident passed away at Tranquility Hospice and will be buried on Friday at the Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The following obituary was submitted by Sosebee Funeral Home in Canton:
Cecil A. Setser, 62, of Woodstock, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Tranquility Hospice at Kennesaw Mountain.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Roy Smith and Rev. Horace Flowers officiating.
Interment will follow in Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends on Wednesday and will continue to do so Thursday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. at the funeral home.
Setser was a member of Welcome All Baptist Church and a mechanic.
Survivors include his children, Allen Setser of Woodstock and Starla Setser of Richardson, Texas; siblings, Melvin Setser of Acworth, Margaret Hollifield of Canton, Jerry Setser of Waleska and Christine Phyfe of Waleska; two grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
