Driver Found Outside of Car

A Toyota Corrola left the road and hit a tree.

A 35-year-old woman was found outside of her vehicle in a single-car accident Friday.

Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services responded to the accident on Woodstock Road at the entrance to Autumn Ridge subdivision at approximately 3 p.m. to find the driver of the Toyota Corolla lying next to her vehicle, said Tim Cavender, spokesman for the Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services.

Paramedics and EMTs on the scene reported that she was conscious and complaining of neck and back pain.

The driver was transported to Marietta’s Kennestone Hospital in stable condition.
