Moe's Employee Charged in Robbery

Brittany Hunt, 19, an employee of the who told the police she was held at gunpoint while taking out the trash, was arrested by the Woodstock police and charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and conspiracy to commit a crime, said Brittany Duncan, a spokeswoman for the .

arrested Robert Bell, 20, and Randall Ruiz, 20, at their Marietta residence Tuesday afternoon, Duncan said. They are accused of being the men who demanded that all of the employees lie on the ground and that the manager remove $1,000 from the safe.

A witness told police she saw a dark Jeep Cherokee flee the scene at high speed around the time of the armed robbery. 

Bell was charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and conspiracy to commit a crime.
