Suspects Indicted in Woodstock Burglary

A business in the Bell Industrial Park was burglarized over the summer.

Four people have been indicted in the burglary of a business located in the Bell Industrial Park in Woodstock.

Kody Wayne Allison, Andrew Steven Brooks, Bethany Capley and Christopher W. Eriquesso were each indicted on one count of burglary in the second degree by a Cherokee County grand jury on Monday. 

Each suspect was also indicted on one count of tampering with evidence. 

The suspects are accused of burglarizing a business at 309 Bell Park Drive in Woodstock. The crime allegedly occurred on Aug. 8 after the business closed for the day.

A safe that had an undisclosed amount of money and other valuables were allegedly taken from the business.
