Woodstock Man Nabbed in Statewide Child Porn Sting
Images of suspected child porn were found on the computers of two Cherokee County men.
A Woodstock man was arrested Thursday as part of a statewide child porn investigation.
The charged Derek Joseph Long, 27, of Woodstock, with one count of sexual exploitation of children, Lt. Jamie Gianfala said.
Jonathon Lee Cain, 25, of Canton, was also charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of children.

Images involving girls as young as two years old were found on Cain's computer, according to a report in today's Marietta Daily Journal.
Both men are being held in the as part of "Operation Innocent Justice," a statewide effort with the Georgia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force to crack down on online child porn.

Both men could face additional charges, Gianfala said.
"As we get in depth into the forensics part of their computers, more charges are possibly pending," he said. "Each image would be an additional count. Those are preliminary charges right now."
In all, three search warrants were executed in Cherokee. The third case remains under investigation, Gianfala said.
"The individual that we would like to talk to has left his residence (in the Woodstock area) and we're in the process of trying to determine where they're at," he said.
