UPDATE: 3rd Murder Suspect Arrested

Three Woodstock men have been arrested and charged in the killing of a 53-year-old Kennesaw man.

said 18-year-old Jalin Collins of Woodstock was taken into custody without incident by the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Squad at a residence off Canton Road in north Cobb County.

have arrested and charged two Woodstock men, but are still seeking a third suspect in the murder of a Kennesaw man.

Police are searching for Jalin Collins, 18, for his involvement in the shooting of 53-year-old Milton Carl Kelley Saturday night. Warrants for his arrest have been issued for felony murder and aggravated assault.

The Cobb S.W.A.T. team. located Percy Burdine, 29, early this morning at his Woodstock residence, police said.

Brandon Love, 18, was taken into custody by the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Squad from a Smyrna apartment Tuesday afternoon.

Both are being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault, police said.

Officials said Collins is considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should call 911.
