Woodstock PD Needs Help In Identifying Woman

The woman is believed to have a connection with several entering auto cases earlier this month.

The Woodstock Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a woman they believe could be connected to several entering auto incidents that hit part of the city earlier this month.Β

The department's Criminal Investigations Unit has obtained video surveillance of a woman using a stolen credit card believed to have been taken from a vehicle. The police believe identifying the woman will help them solve other entering auto cases in the city.

Between the overnight hours of Sunday Oct. 14 and Monday Oct. 15, Woodstock police responded to six entering auto cases, all of which happened within the Deer Run neighborhood. Items stolen include debit and credit cards, cash and electronics. All the vehicles that were affected were unlocked.
