Woodstock Police, Fire Employees Honored By American Legion

American Legion Post 316 of south Cherokee County recently recognized Woodstock Fire and Police public servants during the post's 94th birthday celebration.

Woodstock Fire and Police Department employees were honored on Thursday for their service to the community by Commander Irma Martin and American Legion Post 316.

Honored were: 

  • Firefighter Bobby Dean 
  • Firefighter James Brennan 
  • Lt. Matt O'Keefe 
  • Detective Ron Hughes 
  • Officer Cullen Fitchett 
  • Jenny Banas 
  • Matt Marano 

Also honored were Boy Scouts William Stepat and Benjamin McKenzie for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
