Woodstock Recognizes Officer, Volunteer of the Year

Keith McGraw was named officer of the year while Tim Boyd was named volunteer of the year.

The Woodstock Police Department celebrated the officers, volunteers and civilians who toil on the front lines and behinds the scenes during its annual Awards Banquet.

Chief Calvin Moss and Assistant Chief Bart Giesey presented the following awards: 

  • Volunteer of the Year – Tim Boyd, auxiliary member and Explorer Unit advisor
  • Civilian of the Year – Renae Eidson, evidence custodian supervisor
  • Officer of the Year – Officer Keith McGaw, day shift patrol officer
  • Supervisor of the Year – Lt. Mark Hand, Criminal Investigations Unit supervisor

Award recipients are nominated and then voted on by their peers.
