The city of Woodstock, along with the Woodstock Jaycees, will remember the victims on the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Service men and women who defend the United States and first responders will also be honored during the ceremony. A limited amount of 9/11 lapel pins will be given out.
